L’ACTIVITE SAV / REPARATION :

Nous réparons et/ou rénovons tous les appareils utilisant la technologie de la compression hydrostatique de fluides viscoélastiques. Nos installations et équipements nous permettent de répondre dans les meilleures conditions aux besoins des clients. En effet, l’impératif de tester et de contrôler les appareils dans leur phase de définition, de réglage ou de réception, nous a amené à créer des équipements spécifiques tels que :

• Machines de remplissage contrôlé pour nos fluides viscoélastiques,

• Capteurs de Pression spéciaux,

• Presses hydrauliques associées à une chaîne de mesure numérisée afin d’établir des diagrammes E-fort/Course en statique jusqu’à 200mm/mn, => Une presse horizontale de 200t en compression et 170t en traction avec course de 3m=> Une presse verticale de 100t en compression et 70t en traction avec course de 1,5m

• Un puits de chute numérisé afin d’établir des  diagrammes Effort/Course en dynamique (capacité 20000 joules à Vmax = 9 m/s)

• Enceinte climatique (-30°C à + 100°C)

• Banc de serrage/desserrage contrôlé (capacité 25000 Nm) Outillages spécifiques permettant le montage et le d-montage en toute sécurité…
